Yesterday when HE said wanted to adjust the rate...I thought HE won't be that effective so it might take at lease few day for us to "convince" ourselves to accept the reality. Who knows, the one who never be so effective before suddenly become so effective....HE need only one day to hit........and we need more and more and more time to recover.
Just mumbling around...don't know whether you understand..if you understand then you are so clever because I almost don't understand what am I saying....
